Amber Heard said she was having a 'Champagne kind of birthday' as she celebrated turning 38 on Monday.
The Aquaman actress was pictured in a post on her Instagram page Tuesday as she relaxed in a wine cellar while tipping back a glass of Champagne on the special occasion.
The Austin, Texas-born actress donned a golden turtleneck sweater with her blonde locks down, accessorizing with earrings, rings and a watch.
Tuesday's special occasion marked a dubious anniversary involving Heard, as she was accused by ex-husband Johnny Depp, 60, of engineering a disgusting prank against him exactly eight years ago Monday, in of April 2016.
Depp, amid the former couple's legal battles years back, testified in 2022 that his maid had contacted him and informed him that a piece of feces had been left in his bed at his apartment in downtown Los Angeles. Heard repeatedly has denied the claims.

Depp said he thought that Heard was behind the unseemly prank as she was upset with him leaving her birthday party early.
Depp told the court he felt Heard intended to get back at him with the prank after she departed to attend the Coachella Music Festival.
Heard denied leaving the waste in Depp's bed in court testimony, and said she believed one of their pet dogs were responsible for the droppings.
Depp said that while Heard 'tried to blame it on the dogs,' he didn't think the canines were large enough to produce a 'fecal delivery' like the one that was seen in his bed in images submit to the court as evidence.
'I lived with those dogs for many years,' Depp told the court in May of 2022, according to People. 'That did not come from a dog. It just didn't.'
Depp told the court during the trial that he initially found humor upon hearing about what had happened.
'I mean ... I laughed,' Depp told the court. 'It was so outside. It was so bizarre and so grotesque that I could only laugh. So I did not go down there that day.'
Depp's longtime chauffeur and security staffer Starling Jenkins III said under oath in the trial that Heard described the incident to him as 'a horrible practical joke gone wrong.'
Heard denied that she left human waste in her ex-husband's bed as a prank; a photo of the aftermath was presented in Depp's 2020 libel case against The Sun
Heard was asked by her attorney if the incident was the result of an attempt to play a practical joke on Depp, to which she said, 'Absolutely not,' finding it void of any humor. Pictured in May of 2022 in court in Fairfax, Virginia
Depp and Heard were pictured at the BFI London Film Festival in October of 2015, less than a year after their marriage imploded
Heard, in her testimony, said that she never spoke with Jenkins about what had happened. She told the court that one of their canines dealt with 'bowel control issues' and had a habit of jumping into the main bed.
Heard told the court she had been packing for the festival and that one of the dogs was perched on the bed at the time.
Heard was asked by her attorney Elaine Bredehoft if the incident was the result of an attempt to play a practical joke on Depp, to which she said, 'Absolutely not,' finding it void of any humor.
'First of all, I don't think that's funny - I don't know what grown woman does,' Heard told the court. 'I was not also in a pranking mood; my life was falling apart.
'I was at a crossroads in my life. I was really serious. And I had just been attacked on my 30th birthday by my violent husband with whom I was desperately in love and knew I needed to leave. It was not really a jovial time, and I don't think that's funny. Period. That's disgusting.'
Heard said that Depp dwelled about the incident and went 'on and on' about it.
'Our marriage was over and falling apart in front of our eyes, we hadn't seen each other in over a month and his mom had just passed,' she said. 'I couldn't believe he wanted to talk about feces.'
